  1. Red Lentil Soup

Needed Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c red lentils, rinsed
  • 2 chopped sweet potatoes

  • Half a teaspoon of ground cumin
  • Half a teaspoon of chili powder
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika
  • ¼ c coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee
  • 4 1/2 c bone or vegetable broth
  • A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • Coconut cream (if you prefer)

Method of preparation:

Take a pot and then place it on a medium heat. Pour the olive oil in it and once it is warmed up include the carrots, onion, apple, and potatoes. Cook this mixture for about 10 minutes. Then, include the broth, lentils, paprika, ginger, cumin, and chili powder. Boil the soup, and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Once it gets thick, add some coconut cream.

  1. Carrot and Ginger Soup

Needed Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chopped carrots
  • 3 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 c coconut milk
  • 6 c bone or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp. ghee or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. collagen (if you prefer)
  • A pinch of sea salt, and black pepper

Method of preparation:

Use a pan, and place in it the carrots, garlic, and ginger. Bring them to a boiling point and afterwards let them simmer. Next, sauté the onions, and then include the ghee. Cook them till you obtain a caramel-like texture. All the ingredients place them in a blender and blend them nicely, then add the coconut milk, and season the soup.

  1. Broccoli Detox Soup

Needed Ingredients:

  • 5 c broccoli florets
  • 3 chopped celery stalks
  • 1 c kale or spinach
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 c vegetable or bone broth
  • ½ lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut oil
  • Half a teaspoon of sea salt

Method of preparation:

Use a pot, and pour in it the oil, heat it and then include the celery, onion, and broccoli. Cook them for about 5 minutes, and after that add the broth, and all the remaining ingredients. Simmer the mixture for 5 additional minutes that is till it thickens.
