5 Types of Tummies and How to Get Rid of Each of Them

It must be scary to see a tummy that is hanging and looks extremely bloated, isn’t it ladies? If you want to get rid of the belly fat you have you first need to find the reason why is it there in the first place.

In order to find what is causing the tummy to appear you need to know every information there is to know about them, why do they appear, the different types and of course how to get rid of them. It can appear if you start gaining weight or eat too much at a certain meal but here are the five main types of tummies that are most common amongst people:

1. Alcohol belly

Drinking alcohol such as wine or other more severe drinks can cause improper digestion and they are packed with unwanted calories that only do harm to your weight. So try stopping with consumption of alcohol and focus more on veggies and fruit in your diet.


2. Mommy belly 

This one appears after you give birth and you should control your meals a bit, exercise as much as you can and do frequent massages to these areas.

3. Stressed-out belly

Having insomnia or just being overwhelmed with stress can cause the appearance of a bloated tummy. Eat healthier food and sleep at least eight hours a night so you can look and feel better.

4. Hormonal belly

This type of belly is a result of hormonal imbalance and your body needs a change of lifestyle as well as a medical treatment.

5. Bloated belly

If you have certain problems with your digestion it can appear as If your stomach is huge. Drink a lot of water and take probiotics to solve this issue.
