Skin tags, which are scientifically recognized as acrochordon, are a result of the accumulation of blood vessels and collagen in the thicker parts of your skin.
They are very small fleshy outgrowths that are deformed in shape and they appear on the armpits, neck, arms, eyelids, and lower part of the breast, both in men and women.
However, they could be successfully treated in a natural way, with the following homemade remedies:
Apple Cider Vinegar
You need to simply soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and to apply it directly on the skin tag. Repeat the procedure every day for a month.
Tea Tree Oil
Soak one cotton ball in a bit of water and then pour about 2-3 drops of tea tree oil on it. With the cotton ball rub the skin tag in circular motions and very gently. Repeat every day for a week.
Cut one onion, and leave it in a vessel with a bit of salt during the night. In the morning, you should squeeze the juice, and apply it to the affected area for 10-12 days in order to remove the skin tag.
Prepare a paste by simply mixing a bit of baking powder with castor oil, and apply it on the skin tags for a period of 2- 4 weeks.
Apply pineapple juice on the skin tag each day for a few times, and don’t wash it off. You need to repeat this for 10 days, and the skin tag is going to disappear. This method is also very effective in the case of moles and warts.
You need stick a piece of duct tape to the skin tag daily for a period of 10-12 days in order to remove the skin tag.
You need to cut a small piece of banana peel and put the inner part of it on the area with the skin tag. You need to cover it with gauze, and leave it until the next morning. Repeat until the skin tag disappears.
Skin tags are unobtrusive and painless, so you can remove them freely at home by following these simple remedies. However, you should never try surgical means or castration on you own at home, in order to prevent infections and complications.
