This lemon diet is simple, but can be hard for someone. Every morning drink a mix of lemon juice and water on an empty stomach.
This diet is for detoxification and weight loss. There are steps to go by and follow and in 14 days your body will be detoxified and definitely you’ll lose weight.
1st Day:
Juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of plain water.
2nd Day:
Juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of plain water.
3rd Day:
Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of plain water.
4th Day:
Juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of plain water.
5th Day:
Juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of plain water.
6th Day:
Juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of plain water.
7th Day:
Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of plain water (add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day).
8th Day:
Juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 cups of plain water.
Juice of 5 lemons mixed with 5 cups of plain water.
10th Day:
Juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 cups of plain water.
11th Day:
Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 3 cups of plain water.
12th Day:
Juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 cups of plain water.
13th Day:
Juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of plain water.
14th Day:
1.Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of plain water (add 1 tbsp. of honey and drink the mix during the day).

This lemon juice – water mixture should be consumed all at once, but if you have any difficulties in drinking it all at once, then you can drink as much as you can, and leave the rest of the mixture for later
This weird, lemon diet is not recommended for people who have gastrointestinal problems. But, you need to make sure you drink the rest of the mixture one hour before your meal.
