You think that drug and alcohol are the most dangerous substances? You are wrong, the most dangerous substance, today, is bad cholesterol. This is how you can dispose it from your organism.

Parsley contains very useful ingredients, among which are essential fatty acids and flavonoids. Fats give the parsley a strong aroma, while flavonoids have power to fight against dangerous compounds and toxins.

When it is mixed with lemon juice, parsley does not only stimulate circulation, but reduces the amount of cholesterol in your body. This mixture helped many people to recover so rapidly that even doctors are surprised.


  • 5 liter of water
  • 3 stems of parsley
  • 1 kilogram of lemons
  • Very little baking soda


Wash the lemon with baking soda. Leave the lemon in cold water for one hour. Heat the water until it boils, and then, leave it to get cool. When the water is cooled, cut the lemon and parsley and put them in water. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for 1 day.  After 24 hours, blend the ingredients.


Use 10 ml of this mixture per day and keep it in the fridge.
